Job Description


  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing necessary information.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • File documents appropriately and retrieve them as required.
  • Maintain records of various transactions and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for team members.
  • Assist in coordinating tasks and projects within the office.
  • Monitor and manage office inventory and supplies.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Regularly update and maintain databases and contact lists.
  • Assist in generating routine reports and summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Data input, reply to messages, and data processing
