Job Description


Role Objectives: Support the company\'s operational functions by fulfilling office-related tasksRole Responsibilities:

  • Sales operations and support: Staff is to handle the sales operation (enquiries, quotations, delivery orders, invoicing, acknowledging purchase orders) as directed by customer needs and/or management
  • Office administrative tasks: Staff is to handle administrative duties in the office such as documentation and resource management
  • Others, e.g. filing of documentations, and other office work.
Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
