Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions including recruitment, payroll, performance and talent management, internal communication, employee relation and administration.
To process the accurate full cycle of monthly payroll, reconciliation reports, and other relevant reports (eg. EFP, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.)
Responsible for managing, coordinating learning and development courses, employee engagement and other activities initiated by the HR department.
Design and implement company policies and procedures related to people management and ensure HR policies comply with labour and Industrial relations regulations.
Implement and administer HR policies and procedures in accordance with organisational goals and are compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and law.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Conduct and facilitate appraisal exercises and salary surveys and assist in developing and analysing the company\'s evaluation programs.
Managing recruitment needs, including creating/updating job descriptions, and onboarding and offboarding processes.
Other administrative and/or ad-hoc task to support the day-to-day operations and improving work processes.
Requirements
A diploma/degree holder in HR or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR/Admin field.
Prior relevant working experience working in manufacturing / FMCG industries would be a plus, but not compulsory.
Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and work pass management.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, iFlexi HRM system, or equivalent.
Strong time management and organization skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
