This position involves performing accounting tasks, managing procurement activities, maintaining organized documentation, and assisting with administrative coordination to ensure smooth office and project workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic accounting functions including data entry, payment processing, and bookkeeping.
Prepare and issue e-invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers; ensure accurate financial records and filing.
Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing and placing orders through Taobao and other online platforms.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track orders, manage delivery schedules, and ensure timely fulfillment.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in accounting, administration, or purchasing roles.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Familiar with online purchasing platforms such as Taobao or similar e-commerce sites.
Basic understanding of accounting processes, invoicing systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
Willing to relocate to the company's new office in Sunway Damansara, Petaling Jaya. Current place is at Kepong.
