Assist in preparing documentation and reports with attention to accuracy and presentation standards;
Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for both physical and digital records;
Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence;
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications to support smooth workflow;
Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up;
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for administrative and operational support;
Other ad-hoc assignments will be assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field;
Possess a Diploma in the field n Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree is an advantage;
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment;
Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft application;
Meticulous, well-organised and good interpersonal skill with positive attitude.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
