Job Description

The Administrative Executive will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the shredding and recycling company by handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, managing client interactions, and supporting the others management team. The role requires attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope:



Handle general admin and clerical tasks Manage documents, reports, and filing Support management with administrative tasks Communicate with internal and external parties

Requirements:



1-2 years experience in the respective fields Good organisation and multitasking skills Able to work independently and as a team Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Creative and able to suggest improvements for better workflow

Working day: Monday to Friday Working hour: 9am to 5pm Must be able to be base at Batu 9, Cheras, Selangor
