Job Description


: Provide the daily reports and insights for business optimisation Identify and follow up on issues or anomaly in reports Ensure usability of internal tools specific to chatbot related matters Manage and support the launch of taskbots in other teams / markets Assist in day-to-day office administration and operations Provide creative and innovative approach to solve problem Provide feedback to and work with other departments / markets to improve overall operations efficiency Adapt and react quickly to changing needs and business decisions Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Diploma / Degree in related field Experience working with systems / features would be a plus Open and willing to learn new things Analytical, data-driven and detail oriented Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience in Excel is a must
