Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Category Department.
Compile, organize, and maintain shipping, regulatory, and departmental documents.
Process and verify various documents including claims, payments, and invoices.
Maintain an efficient and well-structured filing and document control system.
Coordinate with internal departments for incoming and outgoing shipments or deliveries.
Perform other administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills and a positive work attitude.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
