We are looking for an experienced Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team at Gamlite IT in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time Administrative Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our company and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day activities.
What you'll be doing
Manage renewal of business licenses, ISO certificates, permits, and registrations.
Liaise with company secretaries, local authorities and government agencies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments
Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
Organizing and maintaining filing systems, both digital and physical
Support finance activities, including preparation of invoices, simple bookkeeping, and expense tracking.
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and seamless communication
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism
What we're looking for
Diploma/Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Secretarial or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy
Excellent customer service orientation and a positive, can-do attitude
Able to start work immediately
