Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Maintain vendor listing, Fixed Asset listing
Prepare and monitor Purchase Order, Memo etc.
Inventory control
Maintenance of office equipment
Implement logistical services related to company meetings, activities, and guest reception
Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed
