  • At least Diploma in Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years working experience
  • Require language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Multitasking
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Valid driver\'s license
Tanggungjawab
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing and reordering supplies.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Maintain vendor listing, Fixed Asset listing
  • Prepare and monitor Purchase Order, Memo etc.
  • Inventory control
  • Maintenance of office equipment
  • Implement logistical services related to company meetings, activities, and guest reception
  • Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed
