Here is how you\xe2\x80\x99ll be contributing: As our admin staff, you will assist our team with documentation, invoicing and communicating with clients.
Account Assistant
Transition to Automation Invoicing - assist with issuing invoice upon request as instructed by Finance
Download and calculate students enrolment data to check on usage vs Invoicing if any adjustment needed on number of students invoiced
Follow-up on monthly outstanding invoices : In charge of chasing for payments from customers based on AR report and update the team on weekly basis.
Deals with school\'s query which related to invoice, through whatsapp, call & email
Account Manager & Sales Team & Marketing Team
Prepare contract for recontract client / amendment of contract as instruct by Account Manager
Help to keep track on number of customers contracts on Auto renewal contracts
Prepare contract for new client as instruct by Sales team
Keep track and arrange the contracts, signed, novation and quotation to make sure all the documents in order
Submit the customer creation maintenance google forms and tracking on customer data updated timely
Work closely with Sales Team and MKT team to do project, workshop, webinar
HR Admin
Help on preparing for employee onboarding logistics ( computer/,....)
Ensure office supplies are always kept at optimal condition such as pantry, fixed assets & etc
Manage all general office & administrative duties such as purchasing office supplies, stationeries and pantry items.
