Job Description


s:

  • Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs
  • Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members
  • Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings \xef\x82\xb7Maintain all work records, transaction and documents
  • Carry out any other related task assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
  • Education SPM or higher
  • Fluent language skill in Mandarin and English
  • Ability to read and write in Mandarin (China client)
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) and above
  • Strong learning ability and communication skill
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem solving skill
  • Experienced in China Market and Finance Industry will be prioritized
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
