Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs
Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members
Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts
Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings \xef\x82\xb7Maintain all work records, transaction and documents
Carry out any other related task assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
Education SPM or higher
Fluent language skill in Mandarin and English
Ability to read and write in Mandarin (China client)
Typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) and above
Strong learning ability and communication skill
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem solving skill
Experienced in China Market and Finance Industry will be prioritized
