Responsible for all administration matters in rental property management include but not limited to service agreement, tenancy agreement, fixed asset listing, licensing (include application, renewal, cancellation) and etc.
Assist in upkeep and maintenance of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s rental units, arrange regular housekeeping.
Attend to agents and tenants appointments, enquiries and requests
Handle scheduled / ad hoc maintenance and repair with third party contractors or maintenance team.
Supervise, monitor and evaluate the service and performance of outsourced service providers include cleaners, security guards, contractors, telco, pest-control and etc.
Responsible for ensuring that all preventive maintenance and reactive work orders are completed in accordance with company SOP and comply with legal requirements.
Perform daily administrative duties such as data entry, documentation processing, and filing systematically.
Responsible for procurement and management of office supplies, asset management and office equipment maintenance.
Responsible for ensuring all registered licenses, bills, and documents are renewed and paid accordingly
Develop and maintain a tracking system on incoming & outgoing mails, courier, and logistics activities.
Manage inter department activities and/or outside vendors related to administrative operations.
Willing to manage emergency cases and perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Any other assignment or task as assigned by the Company.

Be initiative and have strong integrity, good leadership skills and result-driven personality.
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Operations, or other relevant fields.
Possess skill in using MS Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table) and other MS Office applications.
Proficiency in software UBS Inventory knowledge
Strong ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
At least 2 year of experience in property management & handling admin duties.
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
Experience in dealing with external service providers, contractors/subcontractors, government authorities is an added advantage.
Able to work in Central KL and willing to travel when necessary.
Willing to work 5.5 days
