We are a growing SME with an environment suitable for professional development. We are home to an efficient team within a chill and relaxing workplace. Currently require a new member to support us in the following task :

  • Manage office administrative work.
  • Keep and maintain documentations, proper recording of information.
  • Preparing emails and chat communications.
  • Manage invoice and payment records.
  • Responsible to carry out research, communicate and liaise with suppliers and client representatives.
  • Supporting office equipment purchasing and inventory management.
  • Support facility team and performing the ad-hoc task.

; Requirements: - We would like to have someone who is/has :
  • At least Diploma or Degree in any fields of study or
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences
  • Able to write professionally in English
  • Team player with good interpersonal and positive attitude
  • Attention to details and analytical, meticulous
  • Positive and cheerful (to keep up with our office vibes)
  • An enthusiastic learner
  • Salary to commensurate with experience
