Job Description


  • Minimum 1 year work experience in similar field. However, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for documentation management including filing, data and record key in.
  • Coordinate and issue DO, PO & invoices.
  • Require the ability to work independently and work well with all levels of people such as internal management and staffs, external supplier, vendor and client.
  • Responsible to carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and follow up with customer.
  • Scope of work shall be revised depending on the management needs or request from time to time.
