We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendors
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Liaise with internal staff at all levels
Renewal all PBT Licenses.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Discretion and confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
