The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating office activities, and assisting in day-to-day tasks to support the management and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Handle general office duties including filing, record keeping, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities and equipment.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and manage documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordination & Support
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth operations.
Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks when required.
Customer Service
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Provide assistance to clients and visitors as needed.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
