Job Description


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
  • Possess administrative work experiences
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
  • Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, patient, with good organizational skills
Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling the company\'s daily administrative tasks
  • Responsible for document management, meeting arrangements, and related clerical work
  • Assist the HR department with recruitment, employee onboarding, and related matters
  • Organize and coordinate internal company events and meetings
  • Handle daily external communication and correspondence for the company
  • Maintain and manage company records and important documents
