Assist in the coordination and implementation of academic programmes (undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD).
Manage documentation and communication related to teaching schedules, course files, and examination matters.
Maintain accurate records of academic performance, research outputs, and staff training programmes.
Support accreditation exercises, programme reviews, and quality assurance documentation.
2. Staff and Student Liaison
Serve as a liaison between academic staff, students, and the university's administrative offices.
Provide guidance and administrative assistance to students regarding academic procedures, internship placements, and other school matters.
Assist in onboarding new academic staff and facilitating internal communication.
3. Event and Project Coordination
Support academic and cultural events such as seminars, workshops, conferences, and student engagement activities.
Provide administrative support for school-led initiatives.
Coordinate logistics, publicity materials, and documentation for events and school projects.
4. Resource Management
Oversee inventory and office supply management.
Ensure compliance with university financial and administrative policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a higher education environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and university management systems.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced academic setting.
Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.
