In this role, you will assume the duty of administrative executive in order to optimize workflow in the office.
This includes administrative planning, document control, logistic planning, and distributing information.
In addition to that, you will be responsible as the point of reference for all administrative queries, requests, or issues and will be an integral part of the team's workforce.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
File and update contact information of employees, clients, suppliers, and external partners
Support and facilitate the completion of regular administrative reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and inventory, and place appropriate orders
Make travel and logistic arrangements and bookings
manage and Document office expenses and hand in reports
Manage and prepare employee's advance forms/Petty cash forms/Claim forms
Assist the Project coordinator in executing operation campaigns
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business management or related field
Minimum 3-5 years experience
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
A high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficiency in English and Malay is mandatory) Integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office
Able to commute to the office daily
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
