RESPONSIBILITIES: General Office Administration \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing administrative and purchasing functions, supervision and other administrative matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in scheduling month-end closing deadline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain product item codes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update monthly product selling price in the accounting system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing petty cash claims. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with IT Dept on IT related matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other related duties as assigned by Management from time to time. Human Resource \xe2\x80\xa2To assist the HR Manager in the full spectrum of HR functions. \xe2\x80\xa2Manage payroll administration and related functions/activities to ensure efficient and timely payments of salary in accordance with Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures and Government Regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2Liaise with relevant authorities and bodies on matter pertaining to HR and Industrial Relations. \xe2\x80\xa2Handle recruitment for foreign workers and foreign workers issues and welfare. \xe2\x80\xa2Oversee and recommend management on all areas of Industrial Relations. \xe2\x80\xa2Insurance administration and claims. \xe2\x80\xa2Recruits, screens and interview employees to fill vacant positions and process employment paperwork for hired employees. \xe2\x80\xa2Managing new employee onboarding. \xe2\x80\xa2Training and development, prepare HRDF training grant applications and claims.
