Key Responsibilities
Operations Support
Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory records.
Handle administrative documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and staff schedules.
HR Support
Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal files.
Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, interview scheduling, and preparing offer letters).
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
Working Hours
Approximately 8 hours per day (Work 5 days per week)
