Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Administrative Intern who is eager to learn and gain real working experience in office administration and daily business operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real work environment and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
Perform data entry for inventory, sales, and records
Assist in filing and document management
Handle basic communication with suppliers and customers
Assist in updating reports (e.g. weekly Shopee sales report)
Support daily administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
Learn company systems and office operations
Requirements
Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related field
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Willing to learn, responsible, and positive attitude
Able to commit minimum 3 months
Able to commute to Wangsa Melawati
