  • At least 5 years of relevant administrative management experience.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities, effective management of multiple tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, effective communication with colleagues, management, and external parties.
  • Maintain composure under pressure, quickly respond to emergencies and challenges.
  • Attention to detail and efficient work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial knowledge, understanding of budget management, and financial reporting.
  • Effective time planning, prioritizing important tasks.
  • Proactive and positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and diligence.
  • Basic computer operation and typing speed not less than 60 words per minute.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
Tanggungjawab
  • Manage and guide the work of the administrative team to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Optimize administrative processes and procedures to enhance work efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage water and electricity expenses for dormitories and office spaces, as well as handle related lease agreements and expense payments.
  • Develop and manage the budget for daily office expenses, including office supplies, equipment procurement, and maintenance. Ensure all expenditures are within the budget and conduct cost-benefit analysis.
  • Ensure smooth network connectivity for the company and dormitories, arrange communication facilities such as employee mobile cards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring an efficient and comfortable working atmosphere.
  • Supervise and coordinate the allocation, maintenance, and daily operations of employee dormitories. Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of repairs in the dormitories.
  • Responsible for the onboarding process of new employees, including workplace arrangements, coordination of tickets and visas, and other necessary administrative support.
  • Handle human resources and administrative matters related to employee departures.
  • Plan, organize, and execute various team-building activities to enhance cooperation and team spirit among employees.
  • Provide administrative support and services to other departments or teams.
