Key Responsibilities:
Manage general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Support HR, finance, and operations teams with daily administrative needs.
Maintain and update office records, supplies, and inventory.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (students or interns are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
