Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur for an Operations Admin. The Operations Admin will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, excellent customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency through analytical skills and financial management. Qualifications Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and colleagues professionally Analytical skills to understand and improve operational processes Experience in administrative assistance such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and organizing files Experience in providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues effectively Basic finance skills for managing budgets and invoices Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields is preferred Relevant experience in the life sciences industry or working in an administrative role will be beneficial.
