Prepare and organize physical documents, including employee personal files, for scanning.
Operate scanners to accurately digitize documents.
Ensure scanned files are correctly named and stored in the appropriate digital folders.
Conduct quality checks to confirm scans are complete and legible.
File and organize physical documents after scanning as necessary.
Maintain a log of scanned documents and provide biweekly progress updates.
General Administrative Support
Assist with data entry into spreadsheets, databases, or trackers.
Perform basic office tasks such as photocopying, printing, and collating documents.
Keep both physical and digital filing systems organized.
Support the preparation of HR reports and update internal documents as required.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior administrative or clerical experience is advantageous but not essential.
Skills:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and printers.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
