Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems to ensure documentation is up-to-date and easily retrievable.
Communicate with customers to gather required documents for SEDA and TNB applications, providing clear guidance on documentation requirements and deadlines.
Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted documents, including property deeds, identification, utility bills, and other regulatory materials.
Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to track the progress of applications and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitor the status of TNB meter change applications, maintaining regular follow-ups with TNB representatives to facilitate timely processing.
Provide regular updates to the project and sales teams regarding application progress to support project scheduling and execution.
