Job Description


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • To process and coordinate daily sales and documentation
  • To process sales enquiries by phone & email
  • To provide administrative support to the sales team including adhoc reports and sales related reports
  • To assist in general operational functions and other related tasks assigned by superior
  • Provide general administrative support to team members and executives.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
