Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
To process and coordinate daily sales and documentation
To process sales enquiries by phone & email
To provide administrative support to the sales team including adhoc reports and sales related reports
To assist in general operational functions and other related tasks assigned by superior
Provide general administrative support to team members and executives.
Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
