Job Description


JOB SCOPE:

  • Answering calls, taking notes/messages, handling correspondence & email daily
  • Arranging appointments with client
  • Prepare minutes meeting, resolution, update filing
  • Prepare & lodge document to SSM website (Mycoid, MBRS)
  • Prepare & submit Annual Return for clients
  • Prepare & managed company account & financial/expenses
  • Perform any other duties when required
JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Able to speak in English & Bahasa Melayu
  • Knowledge in Company Secretary duties
  • Knowledge in Basic Accounting
  • Posses own transport is bonus
