Job Description
Reject/ recall permit application to custom
LMW monthly report submission every month
Scrap renewal license, do DOE submission for scrap, DOE approval renewal , invoice delivery order every month
Do sales order viewing & picking up from website SMK/HRS
Do invoice, delivery order, purchase order, sales order, good receives note, stock assembly & QNE SYSTEM
Shipment requirement
Booking shipping document DHL/FEEDEX & etc
Insurance Report (MNI)
Packaging material planning
Apply custom draft k9 /k2/k1 & etc
( Requirements )
Min SPM holder
1-2 years of clerical experience in manufacturing / sales / shipping division.
Permanent vacancy based in Shah Alam.
Malaysian only. ?
