Our client is a newly set up Semiconductor company with manufacturing plant in Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for assisting relevant departments in reviewing the quantity and delivery schedule of general contracts.Responsible for quoting new products to customers and checking and confirming the invoicing notices prepared by subordinates.Responsible for effective statistics and management of material logistics based on the department\'s production capacity, production plan, and shipping plan. Prepare and track the execution of monthly procurement plans.Supervise and inspect inventory items and materials, confirm the scrapping process for defective materials and products, and ensure uninterrupted production.Stay informed about production status and adjust production plans reasonably according to customer requirements.Responsible for contacting and managing external vendors.Propose, analyze, implement, and enforce corrective and preventive measures related to the department.Implement the company\'s safety, environmental protection, and production policies and regulations.MAIN REQUIREMENTS
