Job Description


Primary Position Objective To manage all areas related to Accounts Receivable which involve processing of the application for trade ledger account and credit facilities, review of the customer\'s credit limit and collection and other finance matter. Opening Of a Trading Account To review and evaluate each application for opening trading accounts and propose recommendation to the Manager and Senior Executive. Monthly Reporting (for PTP Book) To prepare and submit the following analysis : Average Sales Average Credit Note Average Collection Monthly Report - Free Zone Debt Management (Cash Customer And Free Zone) To monitor the debtor\'s ageing summary on a weekly basis in order to reduce the risk of non-collection. To send appropriate reminders to the customer. Payment And Official Receipt To ensure the complete recording of all payments received. To ensure Official Receipt issued within the stipulated time frames. Filing To ensure all Accounts Receivable documents being filed systematically to facilitate easy and quick retrieval. Miscellaneous To ensure all outgoing documents are delivered promptly (either via fax, had delivery, courier or ordinary mail) at minimal cost. To keep proper records and manage the archiving of all outgoing and incoming documents. To manage the administrative requirements such as stationery, transportation, booking of meeting rooms together with the necessary appliances. To ensure that all clerical work such as photocopying, binding, filing are promptly managed. To undertake any other duties as directed by Superior from time to time. Qualifications Diploma in Accountancy or other related fields/Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia/Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia/Fresh Graduate. Experience Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and finance works. Skills Able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure during heavy workload and in meeting deadlines. Pleasant and mature personality, good interpersonal and analytical skills. Computer literate with intermediate computer skills. Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English. Resourceful and well organized. Able to interact with people at all levels. Able to work either in group or individually.
