Administration Roles



Oversee and manage daily office administration tasks.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive schedules.

Maintain organized records, reports, and databases.

Manage correspondence, emails, and internal communications.

Handle procurement, office supplies, and vendor relationships.

Ensure compliance with office policies and company guidelines.

Support UCSI CDC events and functions.

Assist in document preparation, presentations, and reports.

Monitor office expenses and maintain financial records.

Ensure smooth office operations and resolve administrative issues.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Coordinate UCSI CDC events, team activities, and corporate meetings.

Handle and issue all UCSI CDC payment receipts.

Supporting Roles



Performs other various administrative duties such as documentation, organizing materials, printing, filing, and others.

Participate in meetings, professional development and event planning sessions to contribute to the development of UCSI CDC.

Professional Growth



Work closely with Senior Manager to support smooth daily preschool operations, including classroom cleanliness, facilities upkeep, learning materials, and basic equipment maintenance. Provide administrative and operational support to teachers during daily activities and in emergency situations. Assist with preparation for school events, celebrations, and children's activities when needed. Support basic finance tasks such as fee collection follow-up, issuing receipts, tracking payments, and simple record keeping. Assist in preparing simple expense tracking, and purchase requests for school supplies. Coordinate with management or finance team on invoicing, payments, and budget-related matters. Able to work flexible hours occasionally, including weekends, for school events or special programmes. Support school marketing activities during internal or external school events. Assist in organising school events, workshops, logistics coordination, and preparation of simple content to promote preschool programmes and attract parents.

Qualifications:



At least a diploma or equivalent in education or related field At least PMR qualification in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Administrative Officer, or similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Knowledge of office management procedures and administrative practices. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team React to change productively and handle other tasks effectively as assigned. Ability to be more initiative in events, new projects and new ideas. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude, reliable, and a good team player Able to work occasionally prolonged and irregular hours Have perseverance and patience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
