  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policy.
  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • To support daily warehouse activities including incoming, outgoing, invoicing and stock control.
  • Data-entry for all received goods and outgoing goods into computer system and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Handle office administration and general duties for daily documentation issue, receipt and filling.
  • Ensure stocks items are neatly arranged with proper segregation, identification and labelling.
  • *Able to work at Sungai Temau, Kuala Lipis.
  • *Accommodation will be provided
Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Kuala Lipis: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
