Description:You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to the Food & Beverage Department. The Administrator is responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, coordinating events, and assisting with departmental projects. The Administrator serves as a key liaison between the Food & Beverage team, and other hotel departments, external vendors, and guests, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.Qualifications:

  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
  • Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Business Administration or any other relevant courses.
  • Work experience as a secretary or admin in the hotel industry is preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities.
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement, streamlining administrative procedures, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Food & Beverage Department.
  • Good interpersonal, and organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail, and computer proficiency are essential.
