Assisting with handling interview candidates appointment arrangement, , meeting minutes & paperwork, administrative tasks, research, documentation, filing, etc. Team Collaboration: Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering positive relationships, and contributing to a cohesive work environment. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities to convey information, collaborate with team members, and present ideas persuasively. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data, financial statements, and market trends to inform decision-making processes and drive business growth. Preferable Chinese candidates. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malayu Smart, can-do attitude & energetic. Currently at university/college OR fresh grads. Interest in social media/ publishing/ advertising/ tiktok/ xhs / facebook Microsoft Word & Excel literate amd powerpoint .
