Marlborough College Malaysia is expanding its administrative team, and we're looking for three exceptional Administrators to help us deliver an outstanding experience for our students, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Provide essential administrative support to our academic and co-curricular teams, helping to bring our extensive program of lessons, activities, fixtures and trips, to life.
Master a variety of platforms like Google Suite, iSAMS, Clipboard and Kissflow to streamline communication and key processes.
Use your calm and professional demeanour to handle inquiries from staff, parents, and outside organisaxtions.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain a seamless workflow and provide mutual support.

Essential Skills and Abilities
In order to meet the high standards expected of a leading professional in our College, the successful candidate will understand and believe in the aims and ethos of a non-franchised British independent education in general and in Marlborough College Malaysia in particular.
In addition, we are seeking to employ a person with the following qualities, experience, skills and abilities:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
Fluency in written and spoken English
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. You can juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, even under pressure
A reputation for being approachable, flexible, and a great team member
Desirable Criteria
Experience in a school environment, especially a boarding school.
A degree or relevant qualification.
Experience organising events or trips.
Terms and Conditions
Hours of Work
Normal working hours are 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday during term-time, plus a maximum of 25 additional work days out of term-time.
Remuneration and benefits
The remuneration package includes a competitive salary commensurate with the level of experience of the successful candidate. Marlborough College Malaysia will pay for health insurance for you and your eligible dependent/s (if not covered under their own policy).
