Handle daily online orders from various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website).
Upload products to e-commerce platforms
Handles customer enquiries
Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and shipping labels.
Coordinate with courier partners for parcel pick-up and delivery tracking.
Pick, pack, and label products accurately according to order details.
Maintain packing materials and ensure stock is always ready.
Perform quality checks before dispatching orders.
Assist in general office administration, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
Update inventory records and assist with stock-taking activities.
Support the team in ad-hoc administrative duties when required.
