Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in a related field.
Have 3-5 years of experience in transport and fleet team management is preferred.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities.
Responsibility
Monitor the validity of insurance policies, road tax, and vehicle permits.
Manage all necessary fleet management tasks and associated costs.
Issue or renew insurance policies, road tax, and vehicle permits through the system.
Liaise with the company regarding all matters related to insurance, road tax, and vehicle permits.
Prepare documents and follow up on insurance claims.
File documents related to insurance, road tax, and vehicle permits.
Process administration documents as required.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
