Follow all the instructions and orders given by boss.
Administrative support to all staff.
Managing office supplies, handling, correspondence and scheduling appointments.
Maintaining records and providing general administrative support to all department and staff.
Supervise day to day administrative procedures and processes.
Review and improve administrative operation of the company.
Get quotation for comparison purpose for new or existing suppliers when needed.
Maintain a record of upkeep pf all the billing etc.
Generate purchase orders for raw materials and components. Closely monitor supplier delivery schedules and routinely communicate with vendors to expedite deliveries when needed to ensure component availability.
Develop a positive and cooperative working relationship with suppliers through regular, proactive communication.
Ability to multitask.
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Maintain and update company databases.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
