We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator who will coordinate with both internal and external parties on order and shipping requirement. Peplink is under Plover Bay Technologies Limited, a listed company on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (1523.HK).
What Is This Job
Process customer orders and ensure accuracy of order details, including product, quantity, pricing, and shipping information.
Collaborate with various teams such as sales & marketing, production, warehouse, and shipping to guarantee prompt order fulfillment.
Keep customers informed about their order status and resolve any issues related to order processing or fulfillment, such as returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Maintain precise and up-to-date records in the system, encompassing customer and product information.
Continuously enhance order processing and fulfillment procedures to optimize efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide ad-hoc support.
What We Need
Tertiary education.
1-2 years working experience, fresh graduates will also be considered.
Good attitude and proactively to take and manage customer cases
Good command in Cantonese and English with strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with Hong Kong team members and global clients.
