Requirements
Fresh graduates are not encouraged to apply
Mandarin proficiency is required (spoken and written)
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Good understanding of Malaysian labour law and employment regulations
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll administration
Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative operations of the company
Prepare and maintain employee profiles and HR documentation
Manage customer billing and basic accounting records
Maintain proper company filing systems (physical and digital)
Calculate and process staff payroll and salary-related matters
Support management with general administrative and reporting duties
Ensure all records and documents are accurate and up to date
