Job Description


  • Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role.
Qualifications:
  • Possess Diploma or Degree in related field.
Languages:
  • English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Communication Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
Organizational Skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
Sales Knowledge:
  • Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Software Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with Google workspace, and other relevant tools.
Problem-Solving:
  • Ability to handle client issues and resolve them efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesQuotation Management:
  • Prepare and issue accurate and detailed quotations for potential clients.
  • Ensure all necessary information is included and tailored to client needs.
Sales Follow-Up:
  • Follow up with clients on issued quotations to address any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain regular contact with potential clients to close sales.
Client Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that client requirements are met.
Order Processing:
  • Process and track orders from quotation approval through to delivery.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with the client regarding order status.
Reporting:
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, detailing the status of quotations, orders, and sales performance.
