Qualifications:
Possess Diploma or Degree in related field.
Languages:
English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
Sales Knowledge:
Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with Google workspace, and other relevant tools.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to handle client issues and resolve them efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesQuotation Management:
Prepare and issue accurate and detailed quotations for potential clients.
Ensure all necessary information is included and tailored to client needs.
Sales Follow-Up:
Follow up with clients on issued quotations to address any questions or concerns.
Maintain regular contact with potential clients to close sales.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that client requirements are met.
Order Processing:
Process and track orders from quotation approval through to delivery.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with the client regarding order status.
Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports for management, detailing the status of quotations, orders, and sales performance.
