Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens is comprised of Tenby International School Setia Eco Gardens which offers a British education up to the IGCSE level, and Sekolah Tenby Setia Eco Gardens which offers the Malaysian National Curriculum at the Secondary level. The school caters to students aged 3 to 17 years from around the world. The school is focused on the holistic development of the students that attend to become global citizens that have the skills and confidence to compete globally. ISP in Malaysia ISP operates Asia Pacific Schools, Straits International Schools and Tenby Schools where we are strategically located covering the Klang Valley, Perak, Penang and Johor within Malaysia. Your ability to embrace and model a growth and development mindset, demonstrating a desire to learn and build on your capabilities, as well as fostering the learning and growth of your team, will be fundamental to your school\'s success Purpose of Role We are looking for a suitably qualified, Admissions Executive to join our forward-thinking and dynamic Admissions team to provide admissions and marketing support to the school and support the marketing activities and the delivery of student recruitment activities to achieve enrolment and retention targets. The ideal candidate is one who is resourceful and innovative in their target approach. You are important in fulfilling student recruitment targets each semester through the active conversion of lead generation. ISP Key Responsibilities Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies. Interview potential parents and students to understand their objectives and background. Provide clarifications to parents\' queries in a professional manner. Advice about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved. Assist with recruitment activities, student interviews, admission publications, and information sessions. Assist the parents to complete and review the enrolment forms. Inform parents about the courses offered and the tuition fees. Arrange orientation programs and educational workshops for parents and students Provide support to prepare admission-related presentations and host student receptions. Develop innovative communication strategies, recruitment strategies, and enrolment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students. Participate in all recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits, and off-campus events. Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs, and parents feedback in order to generate student number reports for management whenever required. Follow up on any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails. Skills, Qualifications And Experience Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Business/Marketing or relevant degree Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, English Language Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service Creative, patient, resourceful, and energetic. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Highly responsible, dedicated, hardworking, and a team-player.
