ADS-Executive, Flight Despatcher

Role Purpose

----------------


Analyse and retrieve flight document for an efficient & safe dispatch of customer airline & MH in accordance to their regulations and standard operating procedures (SOP)

Key Accountability

----------------------


File Air Traffic Services (ATS) Flt Plan & coordinate with Air Traffic Control for departure slots.
Ensure the availability of respective weather forecast and NOTAMS for such identified flights.
Retrieve / request flight plan from the individual Airlines & MH website and follow the individual airlines SOP.
Execute crew pre-departure flight briefing for certain contracted airlines (FOCA).
Supply the appropriate unit with required weight and fuel data.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma in any field of studies with at least 1 year experience in airline industry or SPM with at least 2 years experience in airline industry.

Skills & Knowledge

1) Well versed with Windows - Words, PowerPoint, Excel

2) Must have strong analytical skills with strength on Mathematics / Physics

3) Posses driving license

4) Able to work independently

Key Challenges

1. Adverse weather conditions.

2.Total failure of Internet Server / Network / Equipment.

3. Unable to secure suitable departure slots.
