Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing Communication or a related field.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Min. of 1-5 years of proven work experience as an Account Executive or in Similar client-facing role within a design/advertising agency.
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Account Management : The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Communications : Must be able to clearly and concisely communicate with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
Time Management : Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and ensure smooth project delivery.
Team Player : The capacity to work collaboratively with internal teams including designers, creatives and project managers
Responsibilities
Serving Client
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering positive and long term relationships
Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues until project completion
Understand clients\' design requirements, objectives and expectations
Project Coordination
Producing a job brief of what the clients\' needs are and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies
Collaborate with the design and creative teams to develop project plans and timelines
Ensure that projects are executed according to client specifications and within budget and timeline constraints
Coordinate with internal teams to assign resources, set priorities and track project milestones
Liaise with supplier on arrangement/delivery and budgeting (project cost)
Overseeing the status of advertising campaigns
Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
Report to superior on project status
Market and Industry Knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging design technologies
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry-specific opportunities
Share insights and recommendations with internal teams to enhance service offerings and stay ahead of the competition
