Job Description

As an Account Servicing Executive/Manager, you will interface directly with the client and collaborate with our internal creative team. You\'ll be responsible for the coordination of advertising/creative/digital campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all parties involved. Job Responsibilities:

• meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising/creative requirements.
• work with colleagues to devise/plan an advertising/digital campaign that meets the client\'s brief and budget.
• participate in presentation of the campaign ideas to the client.
• work with the account manager/director to brief creative team and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies.
• ensure that communication flows effectively.
• negotiate with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns/creative.
• present creative work to clients for approval or modification.
• handle budgets, manage campaign costs and invoice clients.
• reporting and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.
• undertake administrative tasks.
• arrange, attend meetings with clients and internal team.
• pitching along with other colleagues with the aim of securing new business for the agency.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
• A Degree/Diploma in related field
• In depth knowledge in mainstream advertising and digital/social media advertising.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationship with all parties.
• Able to perform market research, writing proposals and presenting them.
• Good time management ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Understanding in Branding, Digital Media, Production, Fabrication & Printing processes will be an added advantage.
