Advertising and Partnership ExecutiveWe are seeking a highly motivated and adaptive individual with a passion for advertising and partnership management. In this role, you will be supporting the development and execution of advertising campaigns and partnership initiatives. This role will require you to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. The role will report to Manager- Communications & PR Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAdvertising

  • Develop and deliver advertisement-generating projects \xe2\x80\x93 including BMCC\xe2\x80\x99s annual e-membership directory and education guide.
  • Assist in identifying new advertising avenues and opportunities across BMCC digital platforms, events, publications, and more to better profile BMCC members.
  • Assist in brainstorming and executing innovative ideas/campaigns/solutions to enhance partnership and membership services and benefits, with the support of the other team members.
Partnership Management
  • To caretake BMCC Partners and Premium Members.
  • To track and deliver the commitments set forth in the contracts, and to work closely with the other team members to ensure timely delivery of commitments.
  • To be attentive to members wants and needs and adapt these to the Chamber\xe2\x80\x99s offerings.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Partnerships and Premium Memberships.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings.
  • Assist in drafting, revising, and tailoring contracts, proposals, and partnership agreements. Persistently follow up with members on status and provide necessary information to close deals.
  • Foster consistent and effective engagement with Partners and Premium Members, including attending members events and initiatives, and profiling these interactions across diverse platforms to promote Chamber activities and highlight member benefits.
Others
  • Assist in caretaking a BMCC Network. Responsibilities include organising quarterly meetings, drafting meeting minutes, preparing the presentation deck, and working closely with the Executive Office Team to ensure timely delivery of task from the discussions.

  • Good interpersonal skills and organisational skills. Enjoys an externally facing role with strong communication and networking skills, confident in engaging with C-Level stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team player who enjoys working in teams and is proactive in supporting the wider team, in the interest of the Chamber.
  • Works well under tight deadlines with a \xe2\x80\x98can-do attitude.\xe2\x80\x99
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges and environments.
Experience and Education:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience with a degree in a related field. Experience in PR, Events, and/or Partnership is favoured.
