Senior Human Resource And Administration Executive

Job Description
As the Human Resource and Administration Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records (e.g. employment contracts, PTO requests etc.)
- Preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics (e.g. total of hires of departments etc.)
- Assisting the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days etc.)
- Updating company policies and ensure legal compliance.
- Serving as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
- Developing training and onboarding material.
- Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.
- Publishing job ads, set up interviews and correspond with prospective employees in a timely manner.
- Liaising with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
; Requirements: - To apply for this position, you are required to:
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience from relevant background.
- Possess solid knowledge of labor legislation.
- Familiar with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) softwares.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
